Quilting with your walking foot

Learn how to quilt your own quilts with your domestic sewing machine and walking foot. Walk your way to beautiful quilts with techniques that range from simple to sublime!

Sewing machine in good working order with walking foot, power cord, foot pedal, manual with instructions for attaching walking foot (if needed).
Walking foot guide bar (if available) as it is HIGHLY recommended.
Extension bed for sewing machine (if available)
Ten prepared 10" quilt sandwiches (solid color top fabric, thin cotton batting and backing fabric), pressed, starched and SPRAY BASTED prior to class.
Thread to CONTRAST with quilt sandwiches
Several fully wound bobbins
New sewing machine needle (size 12 or 14)
Basic sewing supplies
Blue or green painters tape (approx. 1" width)
Ruler at least 18" in length
Sewing gauge
Fabric marking tool
Quilting gloves, if desired.
